CHICAGO, IL, UNITED STATES, September 1, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Never Trust The Living, a Halloween-themed pop-up bar, returns to The Dandy Crown in Chicago for its fourth year from September 18th through November 1st. It’s a highly decorated, cocktail-focused event with devilishly delicious drinks and creepily colorful Halloween décor throughout the interior and outdoor (dog- and family-friendly) patio, warmed on cool Chicago nights with six fire pits.

Never Trust The Living will summon the spirits, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, served in thematic glassware and garnished to evoke the magic of the spooky season. The bewitching brews include these new concoctions for 2026: Kettle Corn Old-Fashioned (popcorn-infused bourbon, salted demerara, vanilla bitters, orange), Poison Apple (green apple gin, dry vermouth, pickled Granny Smith brine, lime), Head Crusher (vodka, Aperol, black cherry, lemon, tonic, citric salt rim), Peanut Butter Cup (of Coffee) (vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, peanut butter, chocolate), Egg My House (mezcal, peach, pumpkin spice, lemon, egg white), The Scarecrow (reposado tequila, roasted sweet potato, piloncillo, ancho chile, lime), Spooky Island (a blend of rums, passionfruit, habanero, cinnamon, citrus), Shadow Man (Café du Monde-infused rye, amaro, peychaud’s bitters, smoky sage), Candy Corn Sunrise (tequila, Campari, pineapple, lemon, coconut foam) plus one of The Dandy Crown’s Hot Crockpot Cocktails, non-alcoholic versions, and fun-sized shooters.

Never Trust The Living is free to attend, and while walk-ins are accepted, reservations are encouraged.
